Priska Cinthia Sondakh has built a well-rounded career centered on developing people, systems, and meaningful collaborations. With a strong foundation in Communication Science, she has cultivated expertise across communication, education management, and organizational development, skills that continue to shape her leadership journey today.
Priska first joined Bali Culinary Pastry School (BCPS) in 2015 as part of the Public Relations and Partnership team. She later returned in 2021 and went on to lead key areas of the school, including marketing, partnerships, and academic development. Throughout her tenure, she has driven major initiatives such as establishing international internship pathways, building partnerships with leading hotels and restaurants, developing elective modules with instructors, organizing the annual Career Day, and strengthening the alumni ecosystem to ensure graduates receive continuous support and opportunities.
Now serving as Deputy School Director, Priska oversees core academic and developmental functions while championing BCPS’s vision of excellence. She believes in education as a transformative journey, one that connects students to real industry experiences, nurtures character, and equips them to step confidently into the global culinary landscape.
At BCPS, Priska continues to advance meaningful collaborations, elevate student experiences, and support the institution’s mission of nurturing world-class professionals with purpose and passion.
