Originally from Indonesia, Iswati Endah Perwitosari (Endah) has built a remarkable career in the culinary industry over the past 26 years, with experience spanning some of the most prestigious hotels and resorts in Bali, Lombok, Singapore, and Dubai. Her focus has always been on delivering excellence in both culinary arts and kitchen operations, a principle she continues to uphold at Bali Culinary Pastry School (BCPS).

With a strong background in managing high-profile events, overseeing large-scale kitchen operations, and mentoring aspiring chefs, Endah’s career trajectory has positioned her as a respected leader in the culinary world. Her leadership roles at The Apurva Kempinski Bali, Banyan Tree Hotel Bali, and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Dubai, have honed her expertise in fine dining, MICE events, and providing bespoke services to VVIPs. A standout moment in her career was cooking for President Joko Widodo during the G20 Summit in Bali, further solidifying her reputation as a top-tier chef.

As Head of Culinary Art & Operations at BCPS, Endah plays a pivotal role in shaping the curriculum to equip students with world-class skills. She is deeply passionate about nurturing the next generation of chefs and positioning BCPS as a leader in culinary education, both locally and globally.
