His Excellency Fabien Penone, French Ambassador to Indonesia, Timor-Leste, and ASEAN, visited Bali Culinary Pastry School (BCPS) on 11 October 2025 as part of French Gastronomy Week. The visit marked a significant step in strengthening collaboration between France and Bali in education, culture, and gastronomy. Welcomed by BCPS Founder Made Ariani Siswanto and the Nyanyi Bali leadership team, the Ambassador praised BCPS as one of Indonesia’s most accomplished gastronomic institutions. The visit also highlighted BCPS’s partnerships with French institutions, including Alliance Française Bali and Michelin-starred establishments in France, showcasing Bali’s growing global reputation in culinary education and cultural exchange.
