FOUNDER

MADE ARIANI SISWANTO, BSC, MSC(IM), MSC(REI)

Ariani Siswanto, born and raised in Bali, is the visionary founder of the Bali Culinary Pastry School (BCPS). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the Kelley School of Business, and dual master’s degrees in Investment Management and Property Investment from City University of London.

After returning to Indonesia, Ariani joined her family’s building materials company, first as Director of Operations and Business Development, and later, following her father’s passing, stepping into his role as President Director. While leading the business, she remained deeply committed to realizing her late father’s long-held dream to create a training center for less privileged youth and school dropouts. Over time, she came to understand that traditional academic environments don’t suit everyone, some people simply need a different approach to learning.

In 2016, Ariani turned that vision into reality by founding BCPS. Her goal was to create an accessible, industry-focused culinary program that nurtures aspiring chefs and pastry professionals. She recognized that success isn’t just about learning recipes; it’s about creating a supportive environment that embraces diverse learning styles and teaches real-world skills. Through BCPS, students gain more than just culinary knowledge. The curriculum is designed to develop management, organization, leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, tools that prepare them for both professional and personal success. Ariani’s mission is to empower the next generation of culinary professionals with the confidence, skills, and mindset needed to succeed in the evolving world of food and hospitality.
